MY
COLLECTION OF NATIVITY SCENES
Before I made
miniatures and dollshouses I did a lot of origami ( japanese
paper folding art).
Using this technique I tried to fold as small as possible to made
all kinds of dollshouse scenes.
In 1991 I made my first two Nativity scenes in origami.

The same year I
visited the Nativity exhibition in De Heilig Land Stichting in
Nijmegen.
It was great!
I was astonished to see so many different Nativity Scenes from
all over the world.
In the museum shop they sold Nativity scenes and I bought a few.
